In vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents - pure water equipment
Suitable for the production of IVD raw materials, immunological, biochemical, and genetic testing in vitro diagnostic reagents
Product details
  • Suitable for the production of IVD raw materials, immunological, biochemical, and genetic testing in vitro diagnostic reagents. When designing the purified water equipment for in vitro diagnostic reagents, the convenience of management was comprehensively considered. Reasonable design was carried out for sampling points, data point inspection, consumables replacement, etc. The system principle and water quality data were viewed through the management panel to achieve stable operation and water quality effect. The system adopts PLC+touch screen fully automated control mode, which can be started with one click and is easy to operate. It is made of integrated all stainless steel material and has a beautiful and elegant appearance.

    1. Multimedia filter: A multimedia filter is a pressure filter filled with quartz sand filter material inside the filter. When the incoming water flows through the filter layer from top to bottom, it intercepts impurities such as colloids and suspended solids in the raw water, thereby reducing the turbidity of the raw water.

    2. Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon filter is mainly filled with activated carbon, which uses the porous structure of activated carbon to adsorb and remove organic matter, residual chlorine, and some iron and manganese from raw water, thereby achieving purification effect.

    3. Softening filter: The softening filter utilizes the ion exchange effect of ion resin to remove scaling ions such as calcium and magnesium from raw water, thereby achieving water softening. Softening filters consist of resin tanks, salt tanks, and controllers, and are important facilities for reducing the hardness of raw water in pretreatment processes.

    4. Security filter: The system is usually equipped with a security filter with a filtration accuracy of 5 microns before the reverse osmosis host. The security filter is equipped with a polypropylene PP melt blown filter element, which is used to intercept particles larger than 5 microns in pipelines or equipment to prevent these impurities from blocking or damaging subsequent reverse osmosis membrane components.

    5. Double stage reverse osmosis device: The purified water equipment for in vitro diagnostic reagents is configured with reverse osmosis technology based on the quality of raw water, production requirements, and process reliability. The reverse osmosis system is a crucial desalination device in the system, which relies on the selective permeability of the reverse osmosis membrane to remove soluble salts, colloids, and organic matter from water, ensuring that the produced water meets industry water standards.

    6. Disinfection and sterilization device: Due to the long-term operation of the purified water system for in vitro diagnostic reagents, it is inevitable that bacteria will breed. For example, activated carbon can become a breeding ground for microorganisms while adsorbing impurities. The massive proliferation of microorganisms can form difficult to remove biofilms, causing fouling and blockage of reverse osmosis membranes, which affects the quality of the produced water. Therefore, the system can usually use pasteurization, equipped with a plate heat exchanger or a double tube plate and tube heat exchanger, and continuously circulate and rinse each water production unit with high-temperature water above 80 ℃ to achieve sterilization effect.

    7. The purified water equipment for in vitro diagnostic reagents provides a guarantee for the continuous, stable, and safe water production of the system through reasonable process configuration, modular design, and flexible functional unit combinations. It is a very important water supply system for industrial enterprises.
